After practising as an accountant for over 31 years, during which time he formed and developed a number of service related businesses, especially in the resource sector. Mr Gillard now focuses on corporate management, corporate governance and the evaluation and acquisition of businesses. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Aspen Group Ltd and Perseus Mining Ltd.

Graeme Parsons
(Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer)
Mr Parsons is a Petroleum Geoscientist with nearly 30 years experience in the Australian and international oil and gas sectors. His skills set covers a broad spectrum across the petroleum industry including exploration (geology & geophysics and basin and acreage evaluation), appraisal, development, operations (drilling, completions, fraccing), project management, production forecasting, economic evaluation, reserves estimations, portfolio analysis and Government and landholder relations.

Colin Carson
(Executive Director)
Colin Carson has been involved as a director of a number of Australian public companies since the 1980's and is responsible for joint venture negotiations and corporate and legal matters. He is experienced with taxation and mining laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr Carson is also a part-time executive director of Perseus Mining Limited and non-executive director of Manas Resources Limited.
Mike Sandy
(Non-Executive Director)
Mr Sandy is a petroleum geologist with 30 years resource industry experience, including 10 years in a senior executive role with Novus Petroleum Ltd from its inception until it was taken over in 2004, after which he established an oil consultancy company. He is a director of Tap Oil Ltd and Burleson Energy Ltd and has acted as a consultant to Caspian Oil & Gas since September 2004. His extensive international experience in the petroleum industry is valuable to Caspian, both for its existing activities and for assessing future opportunities.

Juerg Walker
(Non-Executive Director)
Juerg Walker is a European portfolio manager and investor. He has over 20 years experience in the Swiss banking industry, operating his own portfolio management company after leaving his position as senior vice president of a private bank in Zurich a number of years ago.
